• I'm a podcast junky and I love nothing more that to plug in a podcast during a work out. Currently on the top of my list is the Tim Ferris Podcast, author of the Four Hour Work Week, The Four Hour Chef and the Four Hour Body.  
• Finally, I have been binge watching a Youtube Series called Hasta Alaska by Ben Jamin. If follows Ben, his dog Alaska, Sharne his girlfriend and his VW Combi Van Co'Pito from South America and currently up to Central America with the hope to eventually reach Alaska (no rush, man.
